TRS In The Community

WINNERS OF THE SHROPSHIRE BUSINESS IN THE COMMUNITY AWARDS

We are a private recruitment company not a social enterprise but we believe it is important to contribute to our local community, so we support plenty of community based programmes and projects, in fact we have helped nearly 300!

Since Day One we have had an Ethos and Culture of giving, which has grown as the company has grown

We create jobs and provide opportunities for people to earn a salary

We have helped literally thousands of local people find work

We have committed to provide free practical support including career and CV advice, interview training, workshops and mentoring for local unemployed people

Where possible we insist on using only local suppliers.

The word ‘Community’ comes from the latin word Com which means together among each other and Munus which means gift.

We are proud of our history and what we have achieved, however we do not want the story to end there so if you know of a charity not listed above that would like our help, please get in touch.
