Job Description: Varied duties to include: opening and sorting of post; filing; photocopying; maintaining office diary; monitoring/ordering of stationery; Cash handling, collection and reconciliation where required. Respond to routine and more complex written, telephone and face to face enquiries, produce statistical information and reports for management as required. Compose, type and distribute routine and more complex correspondence. In addition, prepare more specialist/technical draft documents for approval as directed. Carry out analysis and sourcing of data and information and compile information in support of special projects being undertaken. Experience of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook to plan own and others diaries and workloads. Excellent communication skills, Excellent numeric and literacy skills, Accurate and fast keyboard skills |
