Job Description: The main part of the role is to project manage, so you need to be able to chair meetings, manage tasks and projects. There will be an element of customer management, so you need to be able to demonstrate a mature knowlegeable and confident attitude. Engineering change management - the ability to demonstrate a technical understanding of the change requirements and their impact. To understand fully drawing content and specification requirements. Target cost - you need to be able to demonstrate innovation and implement new ideas. Problem solving - you will need to be able to demonstrate a methodical and logical systematic approach. Team member - you will need to be able to integrate effectively into an established team. To be able to actively contribute to team goals and objectives.
