Job Description: To provide effective and high quality administrative support to busy office. Will complete a range of administrative duties. These may include: Responding accurately and within specified time spans to routine correspondence and telephone enquiries. Completing reception duties, including questioning of / fact finding with members of the public to determine the nature of the business and thus to direct the enquirer appropriately. Collecting and distributing documents/correspondence accurately. Maintaining an accurate range of records/statistical data. Accurate filing, indexing and other storage/retrieval related work to allow efficient use of data and information. Effective use of computerised systems to create, store and transmit data and information using MS Office. Must have previous office based experience |
