Job Description:

A highly skilled, articulate and dynamic 2nd Line IT Support Analyst to join a team of 5 helpdesk & desktop analysts providing support to a geographically diverse user base of c1000. As well as providing day-to-day support, this role has a project focus regarding the integration of new business applications in to the service desk. You’ll need strong technical skills specifically with Windows 2K & XP, Active Directory, VPN, Exchange, a call logging tool (e.g. Remedy, Heat, Servicedesk Express) and ideally have some reporting experience (e.g. Crystal Reports). Ideally you’ll have worked within an ITIL environment and be looking to develop your experience with ITIL further. Experience delivering projects and operating in a business facing capacity is also beneficial. Immaculate customer service skills are of course essential.
